Returns and Defects

Custom Items:

Custom decorated apparel items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. Please review these orders to insure that the proper sizes have been ordered.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise:

Only exchanges will be made on defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase, no refunds will be given. Any defective items must be sent back to Elsmore Sports before any determination can be made as to whether the item is indeed defective. The customer is responsible for the cost to ship items back to Elsmore. If item is defective, Elsmore will replace the item at no cost to the customer. If a customer needs to replace an item quickly, you will have to place a brand new order and will be credited for the returned defective item in full once the item is received by Elsmore and determined to be defective.
